  • You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website’s functionality.

  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or services rendered.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

6. Refund and Return Policy

6.1. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA):

  • You have the right to cancel any online transaction within 7 days of receiving the goods, without reason or penalty.

  • The only cost to you is the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

6.2. Returns and Refunds (Defective Goods)

Under Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Goods may be returned within 6 months of delivery if they are defective, unsafe, or not suitable for their intended purpose.

  • You have the right to choose between a refund, replacement, or repair.

  • The cost of returning defective goods will be borne by CCTV KZN.

6.3. Conditions for Returns

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Returns are not accepted for goods damaged due to misuse or unauthorized alterations.

7. Warranty

7.1. Standard Warranty

  • Certain CCTV cameras and DVR products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

7.2. Warranty Claims

  • To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@cctvkzn.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

  • We will assess the claim and, if valid, repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

7.3. Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

    • Misuse or abuse.

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

    • Acts of nature (e.g., lightning, floods).

    • Normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • CCTV KZN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the goods or services in question.
